Description
Join a 5K group this summer and get ready to run your best fall racing! Whether you are a walker looking to take your first running steps or an experienced 5Ker looking to improve your speed, there is a place in our training group for you!
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach — once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Weekly emails will outline your training plans for the days you don’t meet and allow you to follow along on your own for a virtual experience if you wish.
This group will target a local 5K on October 26th as your end goal but whether or not you race at the end, this group will help you establish a consistent running routine for six weeks!
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome!
