Catherine started part-time in the Fells Point store during a break from a career in energy and finance. Having been a CCR customer for years, she saw the store as a warm and inviting place to spend time.

While her colleagues and the culture drew her in initially, she became increasingly attracted to the economic details of the business. After a year, she convinced management to hire her full-time with hopes of finding new ways to leverage her past work experience. Now she uses her financial modeling skills to enhance CCR footwear inventory management and has never looked back!

Catherine began running later in life, recognizing the meditative quality and ability to bring people together. When she isn’t running numbers or running around the city, you can find her curled up with a book and a cat.
