Ainsley Cain

Ainsley has been an athlete her whole life, but didn’t start running consistently until 2020. She moved to Frederick in 2021 and completed her first marathon and 50 miler that year. Ainsley has been coaching since 2022 and has coached all distances from 5k to marathon. 

Ainsley has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, is an RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach, and a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach. When she isn’t running, Ainsley enjoys reading, napping, and baking.
