Join us at Little Bennett Campground on Sunday, January 12th for a course preview run of our Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra!

If you're feeling adventurous, you're welcome to run more loops. You do not need to be registered for the race to run the preview, so if you've got running buddies on the fence - bring them along! We'll have water, but bring your own hydration and nutrition.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is dependent on the conditions of the trail - any changes to location or time will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

Arrival & Check-in: 9:45am - 10:00am
Welcome & Quick Q&A: 10:00am - 10:10am
Run Begins: 10:15am

COURSE INFORMATION:
The 4.3-mile course loop will begin and end at Loop E of the Little Bennett Campground.  Trails utilized are a combination of Acorn Hollow Trail, Beaver Valley Trail, Stoney Brook Trail, W Piedmont Trail, Tobacco Barn Trail, Windy Ridge Trail, Browning Run Trail and Bennett Ridge Trail. The entire course will be marked with pink surveyor flags. We'll have a couple of pace groups so everyone makes it back from the first loop, but if you intend to run more than one loop make sure to have your GPS!
