Description

Have you heard of the Taylor Swift challenge? As she prepared for her concert she ran on a treadmill singing her songs, running faster for the fast songs and walking/jogging for the slower, all the while singing aloud to help build her endurance for her Era's tour.

We have partnered with Prospect Point Brewing and will be using theren old horse track to challenge you all to to run for 45 min while we are blaring Taylor's songs! We will emulate the challenge playing a mix of fast and slow songs and we are excited to hear you all singing along.

While there are no "winners" there will be prizes for best dressed Swifties, loudest singer and I am sure we will find a few other reasons to give out stuff!

After the challenge Prospect Point Brewing will be ready to help us celebrate this extra day of the year!

NovaCare PT's will be on-site for the warm-up and for any questions.

All money collected will go to the Women’s Giving Circle and Charm City Run will be matching donations up to $1,000!
