This section of the website contains access to programs that get you ready for a specific event or set of events.  Training programs consist of half marathon, full marathon and 5K training.  Beginners are welcome.  Runners and walkers will enjoy an experienced coach, programming to include injury prevention and nutrition and a weekly training schedule.  Our goals: successful attainment of your goal(s) and to have fun.

Get serious about your running and fitness this winter and train to complete or compete in a half marathon this fall!

Not too late to join.. the first group workout is Saturday, July 10th at 7:00am at the Timonium location.
We will run between 4-6 miles.
