Sole of the City 10K - Training Program (Baltimore)
Time: Tuesdays 6:30PM, Saturdays 8AM
Official Training Program for the "Sole of the City 10K" This is a great first 10K as well as a good event to improve on previous 10K times. We will take those who have never run before to success and help folks that have run one or several 5K/10k's & improve upon previous times and break through previous plateaus.
This program runs from Feb 9th through April 20th.
Training Runs- Tuesdays 6:30pm & Saturdays 8am
First Run - Saturday February 9th 8:00am @ Charm City Run Baltimore
The program participants will meet every Saturday at 8:00am and Tuesdays at 6:30pm. You will receive a training program for each week from the coach.
