Run to Remember 5K Training Program

Time: Wednesdays @ 6:30pm, Saturdays @ 9:00am

July 28th - September 11th

Always wanted to run a 5K, but never thought you could? Now you can! This 6-week program is designed for beginner- and intermediate-level runners who want to complete a 5K and/or improve speed and endurance. Follow Coach Katye's advice, meet the group for training runs and adhere to the schedule and you'll be ready to run by race day.

Information Meeting: Wednesday, July 28th @ 6:30pm at the Charm City Run Timonium store.

Target Race is the 9th Annual Run to Remember 5K Saturday, September 11, 2010 @ 8:46am

The group will meet regularly two days a week:

  • Wednesdays at 6:30pm
  • Saturdays at 9:00am at the Timonium store

First Training Session:

  • Saturday, July 31st at the Timonium store

Program description: The group will meet 2x per week for 6 weeks.

Beginner: you are a first-time 5k participant or one who simply runs to complete events while enjoying a more social aspect to training.

Intermediate: you have run a 5k road race before and are interested in improving your time.
