Training

This section of the website contains access to programs that get you ready for a specific event or set of events.  Training programs consist of half marathon, full marathon and 5K training.  Beginners are welcome.  Runners and walkers will enjoy an experienced coach, programming to include injury prevention and nutrition and a weekly training schedule.  Our goals: successful attainment of your goal(s) and to have fun.

5k Training Program for the 2010 Baltimore Running Festival

Charm City Run and LifeStyle Fit are teaming up to offer the ultimate in running training programs. This program combines the expertise of running coaches and personal training to prepare beginner to advanced runners for their most effective and safest event participation. All levels of experience are welcome to join the program. Training can be individualized to your experience and goals.

The target race for this training program is the Baltimore 5K on Saturday, October 16th, 2010 in Baltimore, MD. However, participants can choose to prepare for other fall events as well.
