Training

This section of the website contains access to programs that get you ready for a specific event or set of events.  Training programs consist of half marathon, full marathon and 5K training.  Beginners are welcome.  Runners and walkers will enjoy an experienced coach, programming to include injury prevention and nutrition and a weekly training schedule.  Our goals: successful attainment of your goal(s) and to have fun.


Moore's Marines Marathon Training

Training

This low-key program will guide the participants from a base of 10 miles up to a three long runs of 20 + miles in 17 weeks. We will start at Jonas Green Park, run to the B & A trail, run the prescribed distance on the trail and return to Jonas Green Park.
